1. How do I log-in to NEACH Pro™ Series?
1. Use the link below to access the “Forgot Password” portal.
2. Enter the email address used at the time of registration and select “Send Password Reset Email”.
Note: Please check your spam/junk folder if, after submitting your email address, you have not received your Password Reset Email.
3. Use the link provided in the Password Reset Email to select a new password.
4. Log in using your email address and password.
5. Your NEACH Pro™ product can be found under “My Dashboard”.

2. How do I purchase a NEACH Pro™ product?
To purchase a NEACH Pro™ product, please contact your Payments Association. Not a member of a Payments Association? Visit NEACH Publications.

3. How do I cancel my registration or get a refund for a NEACH Pro™ product?
For refunds or cancellations, please contact your Payments Association.

4. How long after I purchase a NEACH Pro™ product does it take to have access?
You will receive access to your product immediately after registration.

5. I purchased a NEACH Pro™ product but I do not have access.
If you have purchased a NEACH Pro™ product and do not have access, log out of the platform and re-log in. If you still do not have access once you have relogged-in, please contact your Payments Association.

6. What are the system requirements for accessing a NEACH Pro™ product?
Please note, NEACH Pro™ products are not compatible with Internet Explorer. If a course is not appearing in “My Dashboard”, please ensure you are not using Internet Explorer.

8. What is My Dashboard and how do I access it?
My Dashboard is a convenient way to manage your current NEACH Pro™ products. To access your dashboard, use the “My Dashboard” link in the right-hand navigation bar.
